2. Mass Spectrometry (MS)

• Our Standard: We verify the experimental mass against the theoretical molecular weight to ensure the product is exactly what is on the label.

3. Visual & Stability Inspection

Upon receipt at our Dallas facility, every batch undergoes a secondary physical inspection:

• Lyophilization Check: We ensure the “cake” (the powder) is properly freeze-dried, white, and free of moisture or discoloration.

• Solubility Testing: Periodic spot-checks to ensure the peptide reconstitutes clearly and completely.

Each COA displays the assession number, received date, reported date, and your specific product information (CAS number, quantity, identity, purity percentage, and appearance).

🔑 Critical Factors for Longevity

1. Bacteriostatic Water is King: Using water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol is the industry standard for multi-use vials. The alcohol acts as a preservative, preventing bacterial growth that would otherwise degrade the peptide within days.

2. The “No-Shake” Rule: Peptides are delicate “chains” of amino acids. Vigorous shaking can physically break these chains (denaturation), rendering the peptide useless. Always gently swirl the vial to dissolve the powder.

    

    

3. Light Sensitivity: Most peptides are UV-sensitive. Storing them in a dark refrigerator or an opaque container helps maintain their potency.

    

    

4. Avoid Freeze-Thaw Cycles: If you must freeze a reconstituted peptide, divide it into single-use “aliquots” first. Repeatedly freezing and thawing a single vial will destroy the peptide’s molecular structure very quickly.

    

    

⚠️ When to Discard

In a professional research setting, you should discard any reconstituted peptide if:

• The liquid becomes cloudy or develops “floaties” (signs of bacterial growth or aggregation).

• It has been in the refrigerator for more than 60 days.

• It was accidentally left at room temperature for more than 48 hours.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged. Because these are research-grade materials, we cannot accept returns on any product where the seal has been broken or the integrity of the compound may have been compromised.

• Shipping Costs: * The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees from the initial order are non-refundable.

  • Your refund will be the total order amount minus the original shipping cost.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation so we can expedite a replacement.
